Crypto Bros ("the App") is developed by Vinicius Ramos. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily:

Name — used to personalize your profile within the App.
Email address — used to associate your notification preferences.
Favorite coins — used to personalize your feed and notifications.
Profile photo — stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to any server.

Information collected automatically:

Push notification token — a device identifier generated by Apple Push Notification service (APNs), used solely to deliver notifications you have opted in to receive.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect location data.
We do not collect contacts, photos, or other personal files.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or third-party trackers.
We do not collect financial data, wallet addresses, or private keys.
We do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver push notifications based on your preferences (news, analysis, favorite coins).
To display your profile information within the App.
To personalize the content feed based on your selected coins.

4. Data Storage and Security

Most of your data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by the operating system.

The following data is synced with our notification server to enable push notifications: device token, email (if provided), and notification preferences. This data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Notion API — to retrieve educational content (articles, glossary, trades). No user data is sent to Notion.
CoinGecko, Binance, Bybit, MEXC APIs — to retrieve publicly available cryptocurrency price data. No user data is sent to these services.
YouTube (embedded) — educational videos may be embedded. YouTube's own privacy policy applies when watching embedded content.
Expo Updates — to deliver over-the-air updates. Only the app version and platform are sent; no personal data.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights

You can at any time:

Edit or delete your name, email, and profile photo in the App settings.
Disable push notifications through your device settings.
Delete the App, which removes all locally stored data.
Request deletion of your data from our notification server by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
